Isn't an all-in-one system a jack of all trades?
Pharos isn't one giant screen. It is focused modules that share a workspace and operating records. Attendance can feed payroll and a retail sale can record stock, tax, tender, and accounting status without turning each handoff into re-entry.
Is Pharos employee surveillance?
No. Pharos measures work, not people: task timers and break categories that associates control themselves, with a full audit trail on every change. The goal is fair, evidence-based coaching instead of memory and politics, and honest ownership of every hour. Associates see their own data first.
How much does Pharos cost?
With annual billing, Essentials is ₹699/user/month with a ₹4,999 monthly organization minimum. Growth is ₹1,199/user/month with a ₹14,999 minimum. Enterprise starts at ₹1,999/user/month with a ₹49,999 minimum. User charges count towards the minimum, not on top of it. Prices exclude 18% GST and additional usage.
