Try one administrator and three chosen modules for seven days, with their required connections included. Paid editions include all 33 shipping modules. Choose your edition by locations, capacity and governance.
Essentials starts at ₹4,999/month, billed annually, before 18% GST. Full users are ₹699/month and count towards that minimum.
Built for retail counters and chains, factories, clinics, service firms, schools, and back offices: your industry's playbook switches on the 7 to 15 modules you actually need and leaves the rest off.
Essentials
₹4,999/month minimum
Billed annually · 18% GST extra
₹699 per full user/month, counted towards the minimum
One loginOne database33 shipping modules on paid editions
Annual billing, full users only: the floor is a rupee figure, so operations seats, ₹99 frontline workers and ₹999 locations all count toward it too. Essentials starts at ₹4,999/month, Growth at ₹14,999/month and Enterprise at ₹49,999/month; below that the floor is what you pay, and nothing above it is a seat you did not ask for. Enterprise is quoted, so treat its figure as indicative.
Rule-based operating signals from recorded workspace data
The GST reporting pack (GSTR-1/3B summaries plus Tally-compatible export) is ₹1,999/month on Essentials. It is included from Growth upward.
The Governance & Security pack starts at Growth. If a client contract needs SSO before you are Growth-sized, tell us at the walkthrough rather than buying a plan you do not need.
Best for growing teams
Growth
Growing teams and small chains. Three locations and the statutory GST pack included.
Met by any mix of seats and locations. You are never billed for a seat nobody uses. 3 locations included.
No seat minimum: the ₹14,999/month floor replaced it. Fill it with full users, ₹599 operations seats, ₹99 frontline workers or extra locations.
10 frontline workers per full seat, so a 100-person shop with 10 desks and 90 on the floor is a plan we can actually sell you.
CRM, invoicing/GST ledger, and retail POS on one shared customer record.
Payroll that runs on real attendance: paid days come from the clock-ins, not a re-keyed sheet.
GSTR-1/3B summaries and Tally export included, not a ₹1,999 pack.
Unlimited retail registers at each of your 3 included locations; ₹999/month per extra location.
English and 11 Indian language options are included in every plan. Check your team's actual workflows during the trial.

Governance & Security available as a ₹7,500/month pack
Cross-module rule-based operating signals
What Payroll does today: EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, payslips, and paid days derived from attendance with visible manual overrides. It does not yet do monthly TDS, ECR, Form 16, 24Q, gratuity, bonus, LWF, reimbursements, loans and advances, or arrears.
Need SSO/SAML, exportable audit logs, advanced RBAC or an IP allowlist? Add the Governance & Security pack for ₹7,500/month instead of upgrading the whole plan. It is deliberately not Enterprise-only.
Services business that will never run retail? Take Growth (Services Edition) at ₹999/user/month: same tier, minus the Retail suite. Add it back anytime at the standard rate.
Depth beyond the base modules is bought as a capability pack, not as a plan upgrade: Advanced Manufacturing (quality plans, maintenance, asset register) at ₹799/user/month and Field Service (dispatch, custody chain, technician app) at ₹599/user/month, both minimum 5 users. This is the line we used to sell as "a single Enterprise module on Growth".
Enterprise
Multi-location operators. Unlimited locations, governance and enterprise support.
Met by any mix of seats and locations. You are never billed for a seat nobody uses. Unlimited locations included.
No frontline cap. A 600-person plant with 40 desks is priced on what it uses, not on a ratio.
Work orders, machine/asset tracking, and quality checks on the same platform as CRM and finance data.
Governance & Security included rather than billed: SSO/SAML, audit-log export, advanced RBAC and IP allowlist, scoped with your solutions engineer ahead of a security review.
Multi-entity consolidation for chains and multi-branch operators.
Unlimited locations and retail registers: we don't meter tills.
Enterprise SLA included: 1-hour P1 response, 24×7 on critical, a dedicated CSM.
English and 11 Indian language options are included in every plan. Check your team's actual workflows during the trial.

Extended data retention available beyond the standard 7 years
Recruiting is a hiring-process tool: requisitions with approval, pipelines, scorecards, interviews, and an offer that creates the employee record. It does not parse CVs, host a careers page, post to job boards, run assessments, or maintain a talent pool.
Payroll's limits apply here too: no Form 16, 24Q, gratuity, bonus, LWF, reimbursements, loans and advances, or arrears yet.
The per-user rate is a starting point, not a rate card: Enterprise is quoted after a scoping call. No Enterprise deal is written below the ₹1,999 effective rate without approval.

Which seat is which.
Four seat classes, and the published test for each. A seat class that two salespeople read differently is a pricing bug, so the test lives here rather than in a deck.
Seat: Full userRate: ₹699 · ₹1,199 · from ₹1,999 per month
The test: Approves, configures, sees company-wide reports, or touches money.
Where the line falls
Owner, manager, accountant, store lead, anyone signing something off. Essentials · Growth · Enterprise rate, in that order.
Seat: Operations seatRate: ₹349 · ₹599 · ₹999 per month
The test: Transacts in ONE operational area. Cannot configure, and cannot see company reports.
Where the line falls
Shop-floor terminal, warehouse scanner, field technician, dispatch desk. Priced at roughly 45% of its own tier's full seat on purpose: a flat rate would be a sixth of an Enterprise seat and would let a large account reclassify its way to a discount. Retail cashiers are NOT this seat: the location fee already covers them.
Clock in and out, own shift, own leave, own payslip, assigned tasks. Bands are marginal, so the first 100 stay at ₹99. Capped at 5 per full seat on Essentials and 10 on Growth; uncapped on Enterprise.
Seat: Portal userRate: Free, unlimited, forever
The test: Outside your company.
Where the line falls
Customers, suppliers and candidates, on every tier. Not a trial allowance and not a headcount band: there is no number at which this starts costing money.
What the business physically is: outlets and legal entities.
Why these are priced this way
Additional location or outlet₹999/mo
Includes unlimited registers at that location: we don't meter tills. Essentials includes 1, Growth 3, Enterprise unlimited.
Additional legal entity₹4,999/mo per entity
Multi-entity consolidation: separate books, one set of group reports.
Capacity (4)
Metered only where the cost is genuinely ours. Nothing here throttles you silently: you are told and then billed.
Why these are priced this way
Document storage₹499 per 50 GB/mo
25 GB per full seat is included, pooled across the account. Overage is only charged past the pool.
API calls₹2,499 per 500k/mo
250,000 calls a month included on Growth, 1,000,000 on Enterprise.
Sandbox environment₹2,999/mo
A full copy of your configuration to test against. One is included with Enterprise.
Extended data retention₹1,999/mo
Beyond the standard 7 years. Export on exit is free at every tier, always.
Capability packs (6)
Depth on top of the modules, not modules held back from you. All 33 shipping modules are switched on from Essentials up.
Why these are priced this way
Governance & Security₹7,500/mo
SSO/SAML, audit-log export, advanced RBAC, IP allowlist. Available from Growth up, included in Enterprise. Deliberately not Enterprise-only: a client contract can require SSO long before you are enterprise-sized.
Advanced Manufacturing₹799/user/mo, min 5
Quality plans, maintenance and the asset register. This is the line we used to sell as "a single Enterprise module on Growth".
Field Service₹599/user/mo, min 5
Dispatch, custody chain and the technician app.
Loyalty & Promotions₹2,999/mo flat
Per organisation, not per outlet or per till.
Statutory GST pack₹1,999/mo on Essentials
GSTR-1/3B plus Tally export. Included from Growth upward.
Growth (Services Edition)₹999/user/mo
Growth for a business that will never run retail: same tier, minus the Retail suite. Add it back any time at the standard rate.
Support (4)
Support is a service level, never a paywall on answers. Standard is included on every tier.
Why these are priced this way
Standard supportIncluded
Email, next business day. On every tier.
Priority support₹6,999/mo
4-hour first response, phone, a named contact.
Enterprise SLAIncluded with Enterprise
1-hour P1 response, 24×7 on critical, a dedicated customer success manager.
Dedicated success manager₹24,999/mo
For Growth and Essentials accounts that want a named CSM without the Enterprise plan.
Services (8)
One-time, quoted before you sign, and never folded into the subscription so it can quietly recur.
Why these are priced this way

Terms that apply to all three editions
Annual rates are shown per month for a 12-month term. Monthly-billed rates are listed separately. Any multi-year pricing or price lock must be confirmed in your written quote.
7-day free trial, no card. Guided setup is included.
Volume pricing starts at 25 seats. We do not publish a discount grid, because the honest number depends on your seat mix: ask, and we will show our working.
Bundle 2 recurring add-ons for 10% off, 3 or more for 20% off. Add-ons only, never base tiers.
Always free, on every edition: unlimited portal users, English and 11 Indian language options, and a complete data export on the way out.
What you're probably already paying
Four tools, four logins, four versions of the truth.
A 15-person services-and-retail business paying separately for WFM, CRM, invoicing, and POS, at published Aug 2026 vendor prices:
₹548 a month. On price this is a wash, and we would rather say so than dress up 3.5% as a saving. What the ₹14,999 floor actually buys is the thing four separate tools cannot sell you at any price: one database, where a sale moves your stock and your books without anyone re-typing it. The arithmetic underneath is roughly 5 full users at ₹1,199 and 10 people on the floor at ₹99, or ₹6,985 of real usage. The floor is what you pay, and nobody is invoiced for the 10 licences the old 15-seat minimum used to force.
The two ways this comparison turns against us
Two ways this comparison can turn against the flattering version are both worth seeing. If all 15 people genuinely need full seats, Growth is 15 × ₹1,199 = ₹17,985: about ₹2,438 more than the point-tool stack, and then you are paying for connection, not a lower bill. In the other direction, 5 full users and 10 frontline workers fit Essentials at its ₹4,999 floor: around ₹10,500 a month less than the stack. Essentials still does not undercut every free tool; what those separate tools cannot do is share one operating truth. Bring your actual tool list and we will run this on your real numbers.
Competitor figures last verified against public vendor pages in August 2026 · all prices ex-GST unless noted.
Operating signals, explained.
Current signals are rule-based and forecasts are statistical. Pharos shows their source and method instead of presenting deterministic output as AI.
Copilot is a roadmap item. It does not exist as a working feature and is not sold or demonstrated today.
Pricing questions, answered
Does the price include GST?
No. All prices shown are ex-GST. GST on SaaS in India is 18% (rate current as of Aug 2026) and is added at invoicing once our GST registration is in place; until then invoices carry no GST and say so. See clause 7 of the Terms.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Annual billing is a 12-month term, payable upfront or quarterly at the published annual rates. Monthly billing uses the separately listed monthly rates and is cancellable with 30 days' notice. Any multi-year pricing or price lock must be confirmed in your written quote. Start with a 7-day free trial, one administrator and three chosen modules, with no card.
Do you charge per user or per location?
Per full user per month, plus ₹349/₹599/₹999 for each operations seat and ₹99/month for each frontline worker on mobile self-service. Locations are separate: 1 is included on Essentials and 3 on Growth, extra locations are ₹999/month each and include unlimited registers at that location. Enterprise is unlimited. Each edition also carries a monthly floor: ₹4,999 on Essentials, ₹14,999 on Growth, and ₹49,999 on Enterprise. Any mix of those four things satisfies it.
What happens if I add people or need a module I don't have?
Every edition from Essentials up already carries all 33 shipping modules, so there is no module to unlock. Add full users, operations seats or frontline workers any time at the same rates, pro-rated to the day; once you are past your edition's monthly floor you simply pay for what you use. Depth beyond the base modules is bought as a capability pack, not as a plan upgrade: Advanced Manufacturing at ₹799/user/month or Field Service at ₹599/user/month, both with a 5-user minimum. Upgrade editions any time; mid-cycle upgrades are pro-rated.
We need SSO for a client contract but we're not Enterprise-sized. What now?
Add the Governance & Security pack to Growth for ₹7,500/month: SSO/SAML, audit-log export, advanced RBAC and an IP allowlist. It is deliberately not Enterprise-only: a security requirement in someone else's contract shouldn't force you into an edition three times the size. Enterprise includes it.
More pricing questions (12)
Do you have industry-specific editions: retail chain vs. clinic vs. factory?
Not as separate SKUs, and since every edition from Essentials up carries all 33 modules, you are never buying an edition to reach a feature. What actually differs is footprint (1 / 3 / unlimited locations), how many frontline workers each full seat carries (5 / 10 / unlimited), seat rates, and which capability packs are included. A factory adds Advanced Manufacturing; a services business that will never run retail can take Growth (Services Edition) at ₹999/user/month instead of paying for the Retail suite.
What's your data migration and downgrade/cancellation policy?
Migration is a one-time fee, quoted per engagement: ₹15,000–₹75,000 for Tally, Busy, Marg or Excel depending on volume and how clean the source is, always disclosed separately and up front. Implementation is separate again: ₹25,000 standard, ₹75,000–₹2,50,000 for multi-location or manufacturing. Downgrades take effect at renewal on annual plans, or with 30 days' notice on monthly plans. Data export on exit is free on every edition, and your data stays exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
Are current operating signals AI-generated?
No. Current operating signals are rule-based and forecasts use explicit statistical methods. Copilot is a separate roadmap item and is not sold or demonstrated as a working feature today.
Can I buy Payroll, Learning, or Copilot now?
Payroll and Learning ship today. Payroll runs EPF, ESI and Professional Tax, produces payslips, and derives paid days from attendance with visible manual overrides. It does not yet do monthly TDS, ECR, Form 16, 24Q, gratuity, bonus, LWF, reimbursements, loans and advances, or arrears. Copilot remains on the roadmap and is not sold or demonstrated.
Which seat does each person need?
Four classes, one test each. A FULL USER approves, configures, sees company-wide reports, or touches money: ₹699 on Essentials, ₹1,199 on Growth, from ₹1,999 on Enterprise. An OPERATIONS SEAT transacts in exactly one operational area and can neither configure nor see company reports: ₹349/₹599/₹999, for a shop-floor terminal, warehouse scanner, field technician or dispatch desk. A FRONTLINE WORKER touches their own record only (clock in and out, own shift, own leave, own payslip, assigned tasks): ₹99, ₹79 above 100 and ₹59 above 250, in marginal bands. A PORTAL USER is outside your company (customers, suppliers, candidates) and is free and unlimited on every edition, forever. Two notes people ask about: retail cashiers are not operations seats, because the ₹999 location fee already covers unlimited registers at that location; and the operations seat is priced at roughly 45% of its own tier's full seat rather than a flat rate, because a flat rate would be a sixth of an Enterprise seat and would let a large account reclassify its way to a discount.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. The floor replaces a seat minimum rather than sitting on top of one. Essentials starts at ₹4,999, Growth at ₹14,999 and Enterprise at ₹49,999. Full users, operations seats, ₹99 frontline workers and ₹999 locations all count toward it. A 100-person shop with 10 people at desks and 90 on the floor is 10 × ₹1,199 + 90 × ₹99 = ₹20,900 on Growth: above the floor, so it pays exactly for what it uses.
How many frontline workers can I have per full seat?
Five per full seat on Essentials, ten on Growth, and no cap at all on Enterprise. The cap scales with the edition on purpose. A single flat ratio made a 100-person shop with 10 desks and 90 people on the floor impossible to sell to. On Growth, 10 full seats carry 100 frontline workers, so that shop fits. If your ratio is steeper than 10:1, that is an Enterprise conversation, not a refusal.
What happens at the end of the 7-day free trial?
You choose Essentials, Growth, or Enterprise based on footprint and capacity. Nothing is rebuilt: your configured workspace continues on the selected edition. If you decide not to continue, there is no card to charge and you can export the sample data you created.
What does onboarding actually involve, and how fast can we be live?
Start with your workflow and module scope. The trial includes one administrator and three chosen modules with their required connections. Guided setup is included from Essentials up. Implementation is a separate one-time fee (₹25,000 standard, ₹75,000–₹2,50,000 for multi-location or manufacturing). Migration from Tally, Busy, Marg or Excel is quoted separately at ₹15,000–₹75,000 by volume and data quality. The introductory walkthrough identifies the requirements; extended implementation is scoped separately. We review your data and requirements before agreeing a rollout plan or go-live date.
Will it talk to the tools we already run?
Some of them, and we would rather be precise than encouraging. Configured SMTP and IMAP keep email activity on the record. A Tally-compatible export and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries also exist. HubSpot, Shopify, courier and other provider adapters are not claimed as live-verified integrations. Outbound webhook delivery is not implemented. Pharos prepares GST summaries rather than filing them. If your operation depends on an external system, bring it to the walkthrough so we can verify the exact path before you buy.
Our floor staff don't work in English. Is the product actually translated?
Pharos offers English and 11 Indian language options at no extra cost. Before choosing a plan, switch languages in the trial or walkthrough with someone who will use the product. Check the actual modules, forms and reports your team needs; a language option alone is not a guarantee that every product surface is fully translated.
If we leave, what happens to our data?
You export it, free, on every edition: there is no export fee at any tier and no retention hostage. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after cancellation, so the export is not a same-day scramble. Downgrades take effect at renewal on annual plans, or on 30 days' notice on monthly ones. We would rather you were able to leave cleanly than stay because leaving is expensive.
